• Anonymous or false submissions will not be considered
Additionally, for whistleblowing, the commission maintains a Whistleblowing Desk, under Section 45 of the Financial Services Act. Reports can be submitted through the Whistleblowing Form by email (whistleblowingdesk@fscmauritius.org) or by post or in person.
