• The questionnaire is a core offsite supervisory tool used by the FSC to:
– Assess AML/CFT compliance maturity
– Identify emerging ML/TF risks
– Inform supervisory planning and prioritisation
Explanatory Notes accompany the OMQ to support accurate and timely completion.
While the OMQ is completed offsite, responses are closely reviewed and often shape future onsite inspections. Inconsistent, incomplete, or unsupported submissions may raise supervisory concerns.
